I’ve just gotten an offer as a quantitative analyst in a program at PNC. It’s great cause it’s something I really want to pursue, but the pay is 75k for a position in NYC. I’m honestly not sure if this is an acceptable pay for this role and city since I don’t really know others to compare too. Does this seem like a feasible salary? I have received an offer as SD1 at Amazon Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 6 months of experience. I did my BTech in computer science from 2016-20. I had some active backlogs as well. Due to covid, many exams were not conducted and as for the ones that did happen, the results are taking forever to come. Right now I have one backlog and the result is yet to be announced.
