I am planning on applying next year.
I have two choices in front of me that I need help with.
1) Stay in my company. Most likely to become a manager by the end of the year. Will make the same (due to high OT right now) and no WLB.
2) Go to another firm that will pay 10-15% more + amazing WLB. If I take the role, thinking of putting in crazy hours towards the GMAT.

Does the manager, same salary outweigh the increase in salary/good WLB/more dedicated time to GMAT?

Gained knowledge of cyber security and planning to switch . Infosys currently agreeing to switch to IVS unit however not agreeing to any salary hike or Hybrid or WFH Model

On other hand has offer from Israel product based telecom company on Devops role with 60% salary hike and hybrid work policy(planning to switch domain to cyber security 1 year later)

Trying to lower housing costs / find housing that is affordable to me in the longterm by buying multi family FHA and using the rental income to cover the majority of the mortgage while living in one unit, but FHA appraisals always ruin the deal (rental income comes in too low).
