I am post-MBA (senior associate) making $168k base in consulting; considering a VC role but it’s only $130k base (associate). At what point is it worth jumping to VC as a long term play?

Hi Foks, what CTC I can expect if I make a switch to EY GDS as a banking business analyst. I have 5 yoe as a Banking BA. Current CTC is 6lpa.

Its weird that EY is calling themselves providing exceptional experiences, but keep sending Return to Office email on Friday and ruin our mood.
