Do SC's out of B-school make the same salary as SC's who work their way up out of undergrad? If so, what's the point of going for your MBA if you're already SC or Mgr level?

Are Six Sigma/Lean certifications worth it? If so, where to start? Which is the best place to get it from in terms of value both for current and future employers?

A contracts manager w/ 7YOE & a JD is about to become a fully licensed attorney. Their attorney manager says congrats! But you are doing great here supporting me as a contracts manager and I don't have an attorney position for you - please stay & I will toss you some legal work here & there. The CM thinks their salary could double elsewhere 4 same amount of work in an in-house role.
