I am really good at live coding for mock interviews or companies I don't care about. But as soon as I care about the job, I fall apart. I don't know what to do.

H1-B visa restamping timeline? (Brazil)

I literally just came back from the Visa restamping appointment to drop off my passport in São Paulo.

The secretary informed me that even though I am eligible for the interview waiver, they have no ETA as to when my passport will be returning to my residence in Brazil.

Does anybody know how long it may take? From previous experiences, I am familiar with 5-7 business days. Wanted to check if anybody has a POV.

I recently cleared all the interview rounds at Amazon but I haven't received the offer letter. The recruiter says they have slowed the hiring process.

Her current package is 2.5lpa from a small company (3yrs exp java spring boot) . She got offer from Accenture of 6lpa (fixed) . After this she had interview with cognizant and asked for package of 7 lpa. When she recieved the offer from cognizant it was of 10lpa fixed. Most interesting part after 2 weeks she got revised offer letter from cogni without any discussion of 16lpa with 1L joining bonus.

How can we analyse and suggest her regarding offer.

Hi everyone, I got offer from Capgemini and location is Hyderabad as I agreed to generate the call and interview. Now I do not want to leave by current location Mumbai.

When I should ask to change this before putting resignation or near to joining date and will they agree on this.

I manage const for eng companies. Got short video interview, then a job offer @ low end my req. range. Experience: it’s normal to travel for a 2nd interview in person. Result: I see quitting to do this as risky. I asked for more $ than my prior range & explained I prefer we meet in person to see if it’s a fit 1st. Hiring manager wants me and may push for the $ but not the in person meet. Wonder if it could cause me to start there with less trust if they think I abused my position for more $.

Hi fishes, after completing 3 months probation, after how many days we get the confirmation ? Even we get the confirmation or not ?

I have an offer from LTI, my joining date is in next 2 days. Today only I got an offer for higher package from another company. If I try to negotiate with LTI will they entertain in such a last moment.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

Hi everyone how difficult it is too certified in AWS Developer Associate and Solutions architect.
For someone who has experience in Development
In Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

I also worked on some of the AWS Services like
EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS. I mean I use them by going to the Management console. Also has knowledge in VPC, subnets, security groups but i tend to forget some of these concepts.
