I am retiring from real estate! It's been 40 long years of working in this field and I'm so grateful for everything I've learned. To the young and rising realtors out there: It's definitely worth it, don't give up and eventually things will get better. If you have any questions feel free to ask them!

Congratulations! It is encouraging to know that you can be successful. I'm in my first year, I'd like to know how you dealt with the lists that had problems like mold?

Thank you for your kind words and advice to the young and rising realtors out there. We greatly appreciate it! You have been a valuable asset to this industry for many years, and we wish you all the best in your retirement.

I am almost ready to retire too! My career has been full of challenges and good times. What do you plan to do now that you are retiring?

I'm sure you've learned a lot and have been a great influence to the industry. I'm curious, what was the best property you sold and why?

Thanks for the words of encouragement and congrats on your retirement!
