I am riding several boats.. projects, gmat, learning new skillset at work, investing in market etc. All this is affecting my personal health. How to survive?

38 yo in Germany, wife & 2 kids (5 & 1), 1 kid with Autism. Should I be investing as much as possible or just enough to keep some cash floating around? I have all the insurances (life, health, disability, accident) and making about 105k+ EUR in Germany. I'm investing in Mutual Funds, private retirement fund, ETFs and Real state for the elderly (Pflegeimmobilien in German) and it's only 12% of my income. Should I be investing more or maybe diversify?

I have been licensed for almost 3 years as P&C- Life / Health General lines. I started in a State Farm office and was allowed 8 general leads a day (lucky if the phone number is working) then to call thru the book to generate life business and pivot to multi-line. I worked my tail off and became the top producer with an office full of boys (nothing against it just stating) I had to transition to another company and am thriving but wondering- is there more out there? My therapist of 3+ years just told me that she’s going to stop taking insurance starting in January and her new rate will be $160 per session (right now I pay $45 for our weekly sessions). My insurance will not cover any of it.

I’m panicking. I struggle with depression and anxiety and my weekly sessions are what keeps me going (and meds!). I also love my therapist and she knows everything about me. I don’t want to start over but I also don’t know if I can afford $160 per session… what do I do?
