For my fellow tidy Asians, when you move in with your significant others did you talk about how clean you want the house? GF and I are considering moving in together but frankly, her house is an absolute mess to the point she’s embarrassed to have me over sometimes. I have no problem cleaning and can get a maid service although I think cleaning should be a team effort. I want to talk about it without hurting her feelings/make her feel like a slob.

We have an employee (recruiter) that started working with us since August 30, 2021. They have taken a “sick“ day for a total of 16 days already. Either they have a cold, flu like symptoms, bad allergies or headaches. They claim that they will make up their hours but there’s no way to track. They’ve been doing a good pretty ok job overall but is not going above and beyond. I’ve been working for over 10 years and have never seen anyone taking this many sick days. Is an HSA 100% necessary? This is a point of contention in our house. My spouse prefers a low-deductible plan since they meet their limit every year whereas I prefer high-deductible so I can get the full HSA match. We've just gotten married and are looking at going on the same health insurance plan, but whether to be on a high-deductible plan as a married couple is a debate we're having.

Do people even some women have breastfeeding fetish? Baby sitter 1 - asks about how long my toddler breast fed ,how I weaned him etc and that he may remember as I fed him 17 months . Explains to me about her mom breastfeeding her baby brother in so much details . Sitter 2- i wfh and when I baby tries to climb on her , lick her says like I can’t breast feed you though I have boobs. My coworker(f) asks me today whether my baby stays on@my breast all night. Why can’t she ask me whether I nurse ?

Any other leaders experiencing empathy fatigue? Just had it hit me realizing I’ve completely let myself and my own needs go. Mainly pointed out by my own family.
