I'm feeling that I'm underpaid & stuck doing the same work over & over again with no time to build new skills & grow as there is heavy workload due to recent increasing attrition rate.

Need advice if I should..
1) Quit & look for jobs in IT instead?
If Yes - Should I join pay after placement programs/online courses? (Currently learning Java - Self)
OR
2) Continue working & look for opportunities in Procurement itself?

The interviewers loved me and I was told I was the best one they interviewed amongst the lot.
I lowballed myself in initial 'what is your salary expectation' with the in-house talent acquisition Specialist. Any suggestions/tips? I bring value to the role.
