Definitely get thyroid and vitamin d checked as a start. No idea on supplements… I’m sure it’s obvious but eat well, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep.
Worth checking if you have low iron / anemia

I’d start looking at supplements/vitamins after you get the results from your blood tests.
I will say that I used to take a b12 spray and I noticed an increase with my energy.
Which spray?
Vitamin B12 supplements. Try diffusing peppermint oil. It may help you wake up/focus.

Get your blood work. It could reveal something as previously said by others. I went through something similar and my vit D and b12 was low which was causing Energy issues for me. Tell your doc exactly what you are experiencing so that they can help order the appropriate blood tests.

I second trying to see if you have vitamin deficiencies. I feel a lot better when I take iron and vitamin d
Also keep us updated on what you find out! Had third baby six months ago and I don’t know if I will ever feel not tired again.
Thank you for all the recommendations. I will definitely get all my vitamins checked and everything else I can get tested.
