I’m a mid-level and I work with one partner quite often (and even more frequently in the last 6 mos). I used to think he was great - he takes time to mentor and train and is generally nice, but lately I’ve started getting annoyed b/c he just expects me to work on weekends/late nights when not necessarily warranted (just b/c he does), and the more I work with him I’ve realized how disingenuous their thank you’s are. I know minor complaint in comparison but starting to really grate on me…..

My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

I seem to keep working with senior associates that ask me to do every little thing (draft two sentence replies to emails, make minor changes to docs that would take 2 seconds, etc.) I’m mid-level and I get there is a difference in billing rates. But it’s getting to the point where I’m having to drop what I’m doing every 30 minutes. Is this normal?

I’m a Sr. Mktg Mgr in NYC tech with 10 years experience. I used to be a generalist but recently stepped into a user-engagement role, owning all user comms. I’ve been operating as a one-person team and made a large impact this year (e.g. I drove user engagement - one of our key metrics - up over 80%). I just hired a direct report about a month ago.
