Have you tried increasing easily digestible fiber and water intake? I have major issues with bloating too. Do you go to the bathroom regularly? Has your diet changed? Some medications can do it!
This may not be your issue at all, but ask your doc to check for celiac disease just in case. Bloating was my number one symptom.
Fasting has helped my bloating. I fast for an average of 16 hours a few days a week

- SIBO, IBS, Food Allergies, probiotics or their overuse, low stomach acid, eating disorders, low motility, nor enough fiber, nutritional deficient s - all could be culprits
- make sure there are no cysts forming
Sometimes you have to rule things out to focus your energy and the likely suspects. For me, I had to undergo treatment fir SIBO and use some supplements to break down my food for a while to deal with the bloating. Once back to a state of regulation, I’m living my life again! You can too! You just need to find out the cause and treat that.
