That was me. I originally asked what industry you were in, but I noticed it was already in your post. The easiest change would probably be to project management in a different field, but that would depend a lot of why you aren’t happy with the role now.
My biggest advice to to think about what you’re running from now. Most people jump from one bad fit to another, and that can be really demoralizing. Once you’ve figured that out, you can tackle how to transfer your skills to something new. That’s how I approach things with my clients, at least.

85k base but with bonuses and car allowance a total of around 97k taxable income.
