I am STRUGGLING with my account team. Our lead is out 3-4 days every week and his junior is not able to cover, mixed with a lot of work is not clicking. I’m trying to go empathy first, but it’s pulling a lot of projects, off process, off timeline, off budget. Any advice?

I am struggling to find ideas of what to do with my 8th grade newcomers during virtual instruction. We are supposed to being doing "the same thing as everyone else" but it is an overwhelming amount of text/writing to require of students who have LEP and have limited-technology-proficiency as well.
I have only taught ESL one year, and it was with developing/expanding students.

I took a JR Pm role due to lack of agency experience but I find that the other PMs aren’t doing anything that I’m not & due to lack of leadership, resourcing & foresight I have had to step up and own rooms with no mentorship/guidance. I feel like I was duped and brought in on a jr role w/regular PM asks &no aupport. I was approached by another agency for an associate Pm position.
