I am terrible with foreign languages, but I have been diligently trying to learn Spanish using Rosetta Stone. I finish the lessons fine but don't feel like I am retaining anything. Any tips?

YES! I'm sad that I don't care about coming to school or working as hard as I usually do to develop good lesson plans. The admin, the kids the political arena, the COVID crap and apathy among all has hit my enthusiasm. I want to take some sick days but felt like I needed to keep teaching my AP kids AND writing SUB plans is a pain. Our principal and supt. are stepping down and we are getting several new teachers. I'm hoping our school will get back on track next year...

I'm 30 years old, WFH and have gained a good amount of weight over the past 2/3 years that I've had a very hard time losing. I'm 175 lbs I've done a bunch of blood work and the only issue found was that my vitamin D was at a 5.5. My hair has been thinning like crazy and I miss my self and my health. My doc put me on Lomaira (Phentermine) 8 mg and I will be starting it on Monday. I look forward to losing weight without hopefully any side effects of the medication. Hopefully it helps with focus to
