I’d say do it only after you’ve squeezed every last drop of learning what you can with big corporate America resources
I've been working in corporate since I was 20, I'm not 34. I believe I may have a solid 5 more years before I feel like I've reached that level of learning maturity
Go for it! Currently working with a beauty client, cool industry. Lots of people starting new brands. All you need to do is partner with a manufacturer
Hardest part is finding a good manufacturer that isn't rediculous amounts of money for cheap poor quality products

Yes I wanted to start on the side first to test the waters. My current employer deals only with federal clients so I dont see any conflicts arising from doing so.
Yes I agree that is the hardest part finding a reliable consistent manufacturer, however all these chemical in mainstream products are really harmful to our bodies...its so important for women to protect ourselves while still balancing the need to have healthy personal care items
