Anyone doing first party insurance coverage work willing to share their salary. Rising 3rd year at a large firm with 1,950 minimum. Just had my annual review and was told I’m getting a 30% raise. My gut says that I was drastically underpaid last year and they don’t want me to realize that and leave but my ego would like to believe I was just that much of a rockstar.

Question about bonus taxes. During tax filings are bonuses treated as regular income at 37%?
Or supplemental income at 22%
My tax advisor said she would file as supplemental income. I think that's wrong. Thoughts?

I moved to an IT analytics organization from ZS Associates after working there for 4 years and have now decided to leave current organization as I don't like being a part of it. Have 2 offers : same current salary at ZS and ~20% hike in Indian telecom organization.
What should I do considering that if i move back to ZS, i won't change job for atleast 4-5 years.

I was recently given a change in salary from my employer. Not receiving good calls and frequency of calls is also very less.

Done with a few interviews but didn't receive anything nor did they send any rejection email. I think they will release an offer when notice period is about to end.

After giving interview in Feb they ghosted me and did not reply to any of mails or calls. on Mar 16, out of blue I have got an offer letter for location Chennai which was never discussed or talked before by HR.
