Which has higher salary+bonus, are the locations the same, do you know what kind of work you’ll be doing and what you want to do in the future?
Grant Thornton would be the default choice unless there’s some major factors tilting towards MA
Higher salary and bonus - but also take into account benefits, work life balance, culture, ease of promotion/upward mobility.
If pay and benefits package are the same, I'd lean toward Moss Adams. From what I've heard, their culture is slightly better.
I've heard great things about Moss Adams. They have a great culture and really good benefits, but you might be working long hours. Don't know too much about GT but if work life balance is important to you, I'd consider researching their work life balance.
Based off of the reviews, both companies seem like great contenders. Are the offers and bonuses comparable?
GT salary and bonus is better than Moss. Benefits are comparable. I have heard many great things about Moss culture, but it’s hard to say when I myself haven’t worked there.

I’d go with GT even if MA paid a little bit more. Choice is clear imo
For what position? In terms of WLB and career opportunities, it would be Moss Adams for me.
