With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. Looking for some advice.. Manager left, I was given their work. Promoted few months after, but not to the role of my previous manager. Rec opened, I applied, didn't get it. I went from a company that digital product development was their secondary focus along with consultancy services, to a company that their only focus is the product. The difference in scale as well as the different domain, certainly feeds into my imposter syndrome. What are the things I should focus to achieve within my first few months at the new job?
