How do you navigate getting a referral on a platform like this? Genuinely curious on if HR/Recruiting asks how you know the person you're referring, or if they don't care where the referral comes from.
Really interested in a junior PM role at Razorfish. A close friend currently works for a different Publicis org, so not sure if a referral from them would mean anything.

I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

No you’re not. I follow many wfh job search pages on FB and a lot of us have been applying to 100s of jobs and not hearing back. I’m convinced employers are promoting they are hiring but not actually hiring
There are tons of applicants for each position. Just because they’re not selecting you, doesn’t mean that there’s some conspiracy.
I am in Vermont and I currently work in a healthcare related field. I applied to roughly 90 different places and I found the best way to get picked for an interview was to go on Google on Tuesday night, only look at jobs posted in the last three days and then sort the postings by newest to oldest. If I was one of the first 25 applicants, my chances of being interviewed were much greater than if I applied later. It took me three months to be hired at a different company and I got two other offers at the same time as the one I accepted. It’s easy to get disheartened in the process of trying to find a new job, my best advice would be to keep going and don’t give up.
I’m in the same boat. I’m getting my resume professionally written right now because I could not seem to get through to any hiring managers. I’m in Indiana and it is ROUGH not being in a major metropolis.
Awesome, what kind of role is this? My speciality is marketing and communications.
It took me about 6 months, 20 internal applications, and three interviews to find a remote work job with my hospital.
What types of roles are you applying for?
At this point anything LOL! I have applied for Hub Case Manager (I had a similar job at the same COMPANY), contracts coordinator (kinda what I am doing now), PHARMACY credentialing analyst..... They are positions where I have experience..... It does get frustrating but there is a job out there for me.
I think your resume is a major factor. Having it professionally reviewed is a great idea. I landed my WFH job only after using a resume service.
After being hired my manager mentioned how the format caught his eye.
I honestly don’t recall since it was two years ago.
You’re not alone! I have an MPH and have been applying for jobs since March and nothing . Lots of Interviews but I’ve gotten up to two third round of interviews and then i don’t get the job. I’m in California and at this point I’m applying for anything paying over $30 x hour
I am in a similar position. I think the issue right now is a lot of the bedside nurses (myself included) are burnt the heck out! I know a lot my my friends and myself are leaving bedside nursing but don’t wanna give up on healthcare completely. Good luck!! ❤️❤️ I hope you find something soon! 🥰
Are you located in Washington DC?
Unfortunately I am in Nebraska....
The question of why are you looking for work from home?
I love working from home. I am more productive at home for sure.
The company has a lot of BS/drama and the atmosphere is very toxic.
Don’t doubt yourself. Consider having your resume edited by a professional to showcase your special skills. Try www.prsnbranding.com. They do a great job with resumes. Plus, keep a lookout for jobs on LinkedIn and indeed.
Lots of remote PM and Business Analyst/Consultant roles at Centene, if you’re interested in managed care. CVS Health and United Health Group also have a lot of WFH roles. Best advice is to literally apply for every available position and tailor your resume each time to fit the job description to get past the screening process.
Centene had a layoff a few months ago. When these things happen, I steer clear of places like this. You just never know…
Try DPs group global.
If you can't find a referral here, I would try over on Linked in. I usually have good luck over there! Best of luck to you.
