I recently got a verbal offer from Salesforce for a senior architect role (level 8) in Toronto location. Base 200 CAD + 15% bonus + 94K RSU (vested over 4 years). Any suggestion if this is a good offer? I am not sure what are the salary range in Salesforce for L8 and in Canada, so would appreciate if someone in Salesforce in a similar role can opine.

Had a recent job offer from Amazon TC 146 K sign on bonus 42K RSU 508 for a L6 Sr. Program manager based out of Nashville. Ok, so I have a couple of offers, one kind of lackluster, for the County. The other is for a credit union-I left credit unions a few years ago to join a FinTech supporting credit unions)
I was laid off last month and have had a flurry of interviews…this credit union offer is my favorite so far, I do have another offer I’m waiting for from another tech company which has a much higher salary range, but nothing is written in stone.
Should I counter? The offer is $95k for a project manager.
