Thinking about leaving public accounting but not sure if I’m leaving too early. First year audit manager at one of the big4 and I think I could make it to senior manager but definitely not partner. Been highly rated since I joined the firm but I feel I won’t be learning much for the next couple of years before I leave for industry. Im also married with children.

What motivated you to pursue a career change from front line sales to managing a team of sales professionals?

I ask, because as I look to the future I am wondering if just staying on the front lines will be more lucrative then entering management.

I am burning out. My manager forgot her password for a program and blamed me. She said: how do you dare to change my password. I just have access to her account not her personal email. To change a password you need an email and a confirmation code because I am an average person, not a hacker. If I was a hacker I would have used that skill to do something better that change her password or look into her things tbh. I cannot stand her, she is constantly attacking me and seriously ruining my life.

I earned my degree in Human Resources Management about 4 years ago while working as an Corporate Relations Analyst. I am now a Workforce Management Analyst but I desperately have been trying to pivot into HR since obtaining my degree. My biggest concern is not suffering a pay cut to start at the very bottom.
