I am up for a promotion to "Regional Director of Therapy" for an outpatient orthopedic practice. I currently run our residency program and a clinic with a total of 10 direct reports. This new position would increase my direct reports to >100 with therapists and support staff included, along with increasing responsibility from 1 clinic to 13+ clinics as we continue to grow. What should I be looking at for pay range or reasonable increase in salary/compensation. Thanks!

Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.
