shouldn’t it be ~$1300-1500
That’s fucked up. No one should charge 1000$ in attorney fees for upgrading to premium. It is simply sending a 1300$ check to uscis, not sure what value the attorney is adding here for a 1000 bucks
Is it legal for the firm to ask you pay this fee ?
PP should not be more than approx 1400 even if availed of later on like in your case.
