Need help , can anyone let me know if Accenture is giving work from home as of now ? I mean i have been offered, and the HR is telling me to collect the assets from the base location and the policy of dispatching the assets to home location is no more. Now initially it was communicated it will be work from home for at-least 6 months now i am building trust issues to join the organisation.

I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

I have 3 yoe in Application Security.
I have an offer from Leadsquared inc for around 17lpa. I am currently working at almost half of the current package.
I dont have any idea like wlb and politics in LeadSquared.
Current increment is due in November but i dont think Synopsys will give 100% increment. At best, my guess they can raise it upto 12-13 lpa.
Is it worth it to go to LeadSquared from Synopsys?

Does the work you do align with the pay ? If you feel confident and not overloaded , i think that money is great.
Wouldn't want to earn 40 LPA and be depressed . Life goes fast , blink and you are dead . So keep everything in balance (not that it will prevent you from being dead 😂 , just live the present ..that's all we have cuz future will always be unpredictable)

Okay, so first of all, your friends are indeed correct. You are supremely underpaid.
It's not just about the amount of money, bit what it represents. Your compensation represents your value at the firm. So it should matter to you how much you make. If you're ok not being valued, then it's upto you.
As someone else mentioned, you should push for at least 30-35LPA. This is bare minimum. Again, it's not about the amount, it's about getting what your worth is.
