I am working as an internal auditor in a Fortune 500 company. I got a RFE on my H1B and my employer is working on it. My director told me there is a relocate opportunity to move from internal auditor to a financial analyst role, which is in another business unit/city/state. I am not sure whether a change of the title/location will bring many troubles so that I should reject the opportunity? BTW I am moving to internal audit senior this year while the new role is an entry level financial analyst

I got my H1B with employer A, then I filled DS 160 and also paid the fees to book visa appointment. I could did not book a visa date due to covid.
Now I got a new job and my H1B got transferred to employer B. Do I have to fill the DS160 again and pay the fees again OR I can book another appointment without paying the fees again?
