I am working as BI Project Coordinator for almost 5 years no coding hands on, although I am trying to learn. I am looking to transition into data science but tbh I don't like coding much.. how's world there for someone who doesn't want to do much coding..Would data analytics or consulting make sense..?

How do companies usually get over (get used to) transitioning from home grown systems to cloud-native and SaaS solutions? Losing control of systems and ongoing cost (licensing cost can go up anytime) seems to be major mental blockers for my client

I want to switch role as an AWS developer. But I have just learnt the things on my own in AWS. In interview I am asked questions based on real scenarios on which I am not having any experience. Any suggestions? Even if I do hands on on services like Linux academy or quiklabs, it would not help. (AWS cloud migration experience one can get if worked on a real project). Please help.

Since George Floyd's murder and the sudden Corporate America "wokeness," I (black guy) have been routinely contacted by unacquainted Partners who explicitly state something to the effect "Client X wants diversity, so we'd like you on this deal..." It really comes across as tone deaf and completely patronizing. I appreciate the efforts to diversity (albeit forced), but Partners really need to learn how to not be so supercilious in the approach. You don't have to overtly state that I'm the quota.
