I am working as contingent worker with client - Goldman Sachs since 2 years . How do I move to client ?

So I have a client, who I was late submitting the work to. They asked for their allowed number of changes, and based on our contract, more changes = more fees. So they sent me an email asking me for the indesign file so they make changes themselves . . Should I sent it, as compensation to being late? I already gave them a complimentary round of changes though.

I am holding two offers,

1. Tiger Analytics for Senior DE role, WFH.
2. Fractal for DE role, 6 weeks DE Training later project, WFH.

Finding both companies similar in terms of project. Please help pick one.
