I just started a new job about a month ago. I find it hard to deal with my new boss. She is very rude in her Feeback and I can’t deal. I came from a big company where I have over 15 plus years of accounting experience and implementation of financial system. I took this role as a Controller at a smaller company where they do everything manual. And it’s taking some time to get use to a new system and industry. Her expectations are that I should come in and KNOW my job??!?? What should I do?

Worked in Genpact for 4.7 yrs in customer support domain and last 1yr I worked as a TL, but on paper it was process developer (PD), our process had that option. My CTC was 3.06 LPA
Now Infosys offered the role of L3 process specialist (one level down to TL) with CTC 6 LPA. I'm done with my onboarding and all other formalities in Infy on 12th August.
Now today TCS is calling and saying I have been selected for TL role itself with a package of 7 LPA.

please suggest if I should leave Infy now.

Hello! I had 4 pretty thorough interviews and then a project I thought I did really well on. My final interview was last Monday, and I followed up this Monday so exactly a week. When I followed up yesterday the recruiter said she’d check with the team and get back to me tomorrow ( which would have been today)
I haven’t heard anything else.. should I be under the impression that I didn’t get the job? I’m just trying to be realistic, and mentally prepared if that’s the case.

So I've got the offer letter from Genpact today, but I have to send the required docs and BGV should happen and then in 3-4 days they might send Joining/Appointment letter.
So my doubt is, shall I inform the current Consultancy that I'm rejecting their offer? Or shall I wait till I get the appointment letter from Genpact and then inform the consultancy?
