YOE: 6.3 years
Technology: SharePoint and power platform
CTS offer: 25.92 LPA
DXC offer:23.24 LPA

Please suggest which one to select with WLB and good project.

Do Accenture really have a proper recruitment process? had interview with Accenture yesterday. the person who interviewed me didn't ask for questions. No qsns frm basics r any process related, i have 5 years of exp in SAP SD, I am in to support and i clearly mentioned in my resume. that dumb keep on asking have I done any developments or any implementation experience.. i explained the tickets we get in our project he don't even care to listen to me. The call was completed in just 20 mins

I just don’t like this current manager and I recently joined Deloitte 4 months ago. Should I consider quitting the firm or do you think there is a chance to quit project (and not get fired )

1) Identity acess management developer,which tool i will be working is not decided yet
2)Aws data bricks project,siMilar to data engineer kind of work

'21 Grad who just got laid off a year after starting with a RE Developer. I'm lost right now and not sure what to do. My main focus was around project valuations, and proforma analysis. Has anyone gone through this? Especially so early on in my career.

I'm currently working with Capgemini at C1 level. I have an offer from TCS of 20L(with variable) and I have asked for permanent onshore to CG for retention. CG is trying to get me in the onsite project and now they have offered me 18.5L(with variable) and 1.5L retention bonus with C2 promotion.
Can you please tell your thoughts on this?

1. Do I need to initiate LCA if working remotely on a client project - i.e. indicate client name and my home address as the location
2. Once I change projects do I need to then repeat this process for every single client or only if I'm working for each client from another location besides my home - e.g. EY office or client site
