Many who repatriate are lured by a vibrant startup scene in India that is drawing unprecedented capital from venture and private equity firms and is buoyed by an effervescent market for stocks. But they are also disenchanted with what they perceive as America’s bleak and hopeless immigration landscape, where the wait times for green cards are tortuously long, and the limits on launching startups for newcomers are highly restrictive.

I am working in Tata Consultancy kolkata from past 3 years, planning to get transfer to TCS Bangalore(hometown). Will there be any issues if I provide fake medical certificate for my parents? Also now they are forcing me to come back to kolkata office, is there any possibly they may let me work from bangalore office even if my project ODC is not there in bangalore?

Hi fishes, My cousin is having 6 years experience in spring boot micro services. He got offer from Tcs for 16LPA and 18 from Comcast. He is assigned to AWS business unit in TCS. He tried asking the hr for matching thes same package 18LPA as Comcast but the hr told not possible to revise the package. Any inputs on AWS business unit and onsite opportunities in the AWS business unit. Tata Consultancy , Tata Consultancy

You should never think about getting retained after putting down papers
Yes better ask for revised compensation letter from your current org and take an informed decision based on that.
never fall for that retention trap.
You sould be exited to join IBM, the reason u got the 2nd thought is because may b u r kinda comfortable.
I would suggest gear up for the new role, company, culture etc.
Once you have made your mind to move-out then don't bother for these 🥕
True
stay in tcs and switch after 3 months
Ibm better wlb. Good tech stack and growth
Ibm CTC will be all fixed (including retirals) but in tcs, if at all increase your compensation it will be most probably a variable component that comes with many conditions. So with ibm 9 lpa your in-hand will be more as compared to tcs revised compensation in-hand.
Make sure tcs revise your fixed component if you really want to get retained.
Coming to work environment, I was part of a team where we worked with ibm counterparts as well with clients, and I got to know their managers were quite chill compared to ours bcz our login hrs report used to be pulled out under micromanagement but not theirs.
Remaining it depends which project you get allocated to.

Is your separation session completed could you please confirm. As my lwd is also 7 oct but still I have not received any separation session invite.
They will connect last week
I am not sure but as per knowledge, IBM doesn't have variable pay components where TCS does have. Check revised compensation from TCS and compare it with IBM.
