People from Mindtree please help. I have received offer letter from Mindtree for C4 position as Angular Developer. My base location is Mumbai and I don't wish to relocate under any circumstances. Do Mindtree have presence in Mumbai (please do consider their merger with LTI and LTI do have significant presence in Mumbai)? Do they have enough projects for Mumbai location and for Angular profile?

Assuming your manager is in the loop that you’re interviewing - go to your manager and ask for feedback from the interview
Assuming your manager isn’t, that’s your mistake.
Maybe I misunderstood, I read it as you were interviewing internal, thought you got the job and didn’t then didn’t get feedback. In that case I’d ask my boss if she heard feedback on my interviews because I thought it went well.
I interviewed for two jobs internally over the last two weeks. I have a great boss and situation, before I applied I met with my boss and said something like I love working on your team but I saw an internal position that I think would be interesting. She said I don’t want to lose you but I won’t hold anyone back.

I’m not sure what you could do, the position may have been filled already.
I can’t tell from your post, but did you inform your current manager about the application/potential transfer? I have heard of managers turn away internal applicants because they consider that “lack of communication” a red flag.
Look outside the firm.
My Manager never got notified. I got the offer and then informed him. Touch base with the HR to get an idea.
