Hi , i am having 3 yoe and have an offer from cts having joining date as 8 june but i want to resign on 15th march and not before that due to some project reasons . So my LWD becomes 13 June if i put resignation on 15th march which is more than my joining date 8 june .so what should i do in this situation i have already mailed my assigned recruiter at cts to extend my joining date but getting no response . Need advice. Leadership originally referred to us as Specialists. For the past month or so, they've been telling us we're Project Managers in absolutely no uncertain terms.
