3+ day Zoom trial for a contested divorce, so just a bench trial. It was an overall positive experience - partner and I in were separate offices and used Teams to message back and forth during witness testimony; screen shared exhibits; was able to save the client some $$ by not having to pay travel costar for certain witnesses. Certain trial courts in Massachusetts have been doing Zoom trials since June-ish. My trial was August & September.
Following. In California (Bay Area) and I’m supposed to have a trial in March but still not sure what’s happening and neither the court administration nor my judge is giving us clear guess dance.
3 day zoom trial in Delaware. Overall not bad, but honestly, more stressful than a real trial. Partner was bombarding me throughout his direct and cross for additional Documents not included in the exhibit list. Since we had access to our computers. Had to find on the spot and email back.
During COVID? I have one in a few months. Hearings are weird right now, and depos are even worse. Hopefully it's not a complete disaster.
Yes during Covid.

I’m in the same boat. Frustrating.
