No offense, but I think you’re justifying the pending action...
If I clearly don't why did I just correct you
I dont think you have the luxury of time to feel bad. Being lazy is decidedly unproductive and I would lay off these type of people in a heart beat.
For those who struggle because of lack of experience, I would offer anything to help. For those who lack the decency to work for their salary and to be as productive as they can be for their team, I reserve no sympathy for them.
You need to dig deep and figure out what is causing your laziness. You were the one who committed to this job, so its your responsibility to see it through come hell or high water.
Sound alike you deserve to be layed off. Where you were being lazy someone else had to work extra hard to compensate for your laziness
EY3 good
You shouldn’t feel bad about it, but it sounds like you need to find some internal motivation to get where you want/need to be in life. E.g. you don’t want to be working at Lowe’s in your 80’s because you can’t retire.
Try communicating your needs with your need
Yes. People get to work, so work!
You shouldn’t feel bad, as long as you’re happy to get sacked, lol.
You’re within your rights to be lazy, they’re within theirs to fire you.
