How did you get up the courage to invest? I max out the annual allowable contribution amount for my 401K, but otherwise I’ve got everything in savings. Looking for advice. Joined a start up about four months ago. I own onboarding and recruiting. I love the people team and scope of my role. He will publicly criticize employees, makes inappropriate jokes, and seems to encourage his PLT team to lead through inflicting fear. HR is working on it, but it’s rough. Should I stay and power through and trust that HR will improve the situation or dip?
