Internal corporate strategy folks: what do you actually do? I know "corporate strategy" is a sexy title everyone wants, and that these roles are usually full of ex-MBB types, but I have no idea what these people do daily.
Searching the Internet has been useless in trying to figure out what internal corp. strategy folks actually do. Is it mostly cranking out decks and program managing a bunch of different initiatives?

I am a biology graduate. I worked in cancer research and development for more than two years. Recently moved to Canada, and now I'm wanting to transition into clinical research.
Most jobs I find online ask for atleast 2 years clinical experience.
Does anyone have any tips on how to procure this experience? Should I invest in a course? Or should I volunteer at a CRO?
I recently got offered a clinical admin position, would this count as clinical exp?

Anyone have experience trying to turn someone’s impression around? The partner on my project clearly discounts or ignores everything I say. I think that I could enjoy an open relationship/throuple/poly situation if it started out that way or the expectation was there from the beginning.
