You might want to get tested for sleep apnea.
I have lived my whole adult life (since age 15) running on 3-4 hours of sleep a day on average... it got to me this year and I feel that I need the sleep.
Try to take a mid day nap on Saturday and Sunday and depending how long u sleep u can assess how much your body is in need...
What does not kill u make you stronger

I’m right there with you, tried natural sleep aids, exercise, cut out caffeine after 3p & now I’m trying sleep meds....and they suck 😴😵
Thank you all! I am not sure if it is becoz of the stress or what, even if I go to bed early, I may wake up like 3am in the morning and have trouble going back to sleep again.... I sometimes doubt if I have depression. I live by myself, my family is in another country.
I find it messes with me even more if I check my sleep via my Fitbit (I’d advise against it)
Get some sleeping aid, it’s better to suffer some side effects than degenerate and suffer from lack of sleep
