I can barely sleep, average sleep hours- 4-5 max, with only 18-20% deep sleep. Am I gonna die soon?😂😂

I have lived my whole adult life (since age 15) running on 3-4 hours of sleep a day on average... it got to me this year and I feel that I need the sleep.

Try to take a mid day nap on Saturday and Sunday and depending how long u sleep u can assess how much your body is in need...

I’m right there with you, tried natural sleep aids, exercise, cut out caffeine after 3p & now I’m trying sleep meds....and they suck 😴😵

Thank you all! I am not sure if it is becoz of the stress or what, even if I go to bed early, I may wake up like 3am in the morning and have trouble going back to sleep again.... I sometimes doubt if I have depression. I live by myself, my family is in another country.

I find it messes with me even more if I check my sleep via my Fitbit (I’d advise against it)

Get some sleeping aid, it’s better to suffer some side effects than degenerate and suffer from lack of sleep

We are blessed with a boy who is 2 years old now. We started trying for 2nd baby and no luck so far after trying for over 8 months. Did SA and it is fine. Both of us are 35 years. Is this common ? Does IUI treatments use the same funds allotted for other fertility treatments like IVF? We’ve had 3 unsuccessful IUIs and wondering if we should do another or just wait to go to IVF in February. Thank you for starting this bowl! I just turned 50. I had my one and only child at 41 and went straight into menopause. My symptoms were perhaps confused with postbpatrum and nursing hormone symptoms but bow my hair is dry and frizzy yet somehow also oily and my skin lacks luster and I gain weight so easily. Working from home for eight months has definitely hanged my body shape and not for the better!

Mom of two here (21 month old and 5 month old) who is starting to consider having a third. I am in my late 30’s and my doctor just recommended I start trying at 6 months postpartum. Started Zoloft a little over a month ago. I’ve been taking it around 9am with breakfast. It’s helped me a lot so far with anxiety and mood. But it’s making me so tired. I go to bed around 10-10:30 and naturally wake up around 7. But I find I wake up often during the night which makes me not have restful sleep. Should I try taking it in the evening?
