I can trace my anxiety from vacuums back to when my mom would use it to passive aggressively wake me up on the weekends as a kid. Could we relieve custodians of this duty for just the next few days?

My husband is suffering from depression and OCD and has kind of given up on his career, working out, grooming himself, engaging with society and friends. He’s an amazing father but spends his day playing with our baby and playing video games. His depression has become a third person in our relationship and it’s destroying our marriage. He doesn’t think anything is wrong and refuses to get individual therapy or go to couples counseling. What can I do? Should I reach out to his fam?I’m miserable.

Not sure if anyone has experience with this but figured I’d ask. My 8yo daughter has been gaining weight over the last 2 years. Started during covid being home a lot and I guess eating more than normal. Schedules now are back to normal and she’s still gaining. I’ve gotten rid of all unhealthy food in the house but she will eat a lot of everything, always wants seconds and very hard to control. I don’t know what to do. Is it too early for a nutritionist?

I am a Product Owner with 6 yoe and a mother of newly born. My current package is 12lpa and average 11-12 hrs working with work from office for 7-8 hrs, remaining calls/work from home. In such scenario taking care of the baby has become very challenging.
I have been considering job switch for a while but have lots of doubt in my mind. Will a new mother be hired? Working 12 hrs will only ensure good package? If i insist on work life balance, will it affect the package? Thoughts plz

Just joined and got on a project with unrealistic deadline. The other two experienced dev and I have already talked internally and to the project manager. M does not seem to appreciate the complexity or how unrealistic it is.

We are gonna try to do it once more with the M and narrow the scope but I am concerned that M won't listen.

I think the other 2 dev is realizing the situation and active trying to leverage their network to get out. This is my 1sr project....

Absolutely rubbish management and appraisal cycle, after 10 months of rating and reviews, hikes are just announced, not even disclosed how much % for how much rating. They just kill your interests by giving you a support project where there is no growth in your earlier career days when you need them the most and want employees to to work for 10 hours.
