I think you might be depressed :/
Since May is mental health awareness month it might be worth looking into therapy and counseling if you’re not already in it or taking some time off from work and recharging. This sounds a lot like depression :(
I echo that advice as well. Finding a therapist can be tricky but it’s so helpful to navigate the “stuck”ness with someone who specializes in that
