My work product is becoming worse and partners are noticing/commenting. I just hate the practice area so much that every time I am asked to do something I just get it done as quickly as possible and can’t be bothered to put in effort. Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing.
