I'd go to HR or a mentor pronto
Creepy
I’ve helped resolve some of these in the past for folks that report to me and coachees. Start with your coach, HR or the ethics and compliance hotline, whichever makes you most comfortable. This won’t necessarily mean this person gets fired, but most likely they will have a talk with them and watch out for similar behavior/lack of resolution and retribution. Termination could occur if their behavior doesn’t improve.
Don’t do nothing. It’s not worth enduring and won’t solve the issue.
Staring and pictures are beyond the line. Yikes, def seek help of your manager. Sorry, that's going to be awkward, but it sounds legit gross
I can imagine this is super uncomfortable for you, so I don’t think “do nothing” is a good idea. I would tell the partners on the project, if you feel comfortable with them. Otherwise, someone in HR.
He's more than twice my age and really starting to creep me out but don't want to sound petty and bring it up...but also don't want to be left alone with him..
Currently plan to do nothing and try to avoid, but wondering if there's advice for a better option?
Also saw him take pictures of me at an event, but didn't see him take pics of anyone else
That’s weird and you should bring it up
