I cleared two technical rounds in EY , and they said third one will be a technical round with client, will it be a difficult one ?

Just like to share information from my side who are waiting for IBM Offer Letter :

10th NOV - Technical and PDM round (Wed)
12th NOV - Got call from HR and he mentioned I may selected.
14th NOV - Got call from HR and he sent some BGV forms.
15th NOV - Attended Cognitive Test
18th NOV - Got call from HR regarding Preferred Location and mentioned he started working on OL.
1st Dec - Got OL and also mailed them for extending my doj.

And after interviewing there and studying up on the company, I just really want to work there. The positions I'm applying for are definitely still within my wheelhouse. I’ve been on the “solution provider side” to brands CPG/retail insights and innovation teams, largely in account management (sales) for B2B syndicated database/SaaS providers.
I’m looking to break into an insights/innovation-type role on the client side.
Any suggestions on addressing perceived experience gap because I’ve always been on the pricier side? Are industry certifications helpful on a CV?

I am a quite happy staying with GDS but their RTO campaign is really annoying. If they really want us to go back to the office I’ll just leave. No point of staying in the office where basically we are remotely working with the onshore. I have been socialized with my teams virtually so no need for in-office interaction. I have 0 reason why I want to RTO basically.
