I come from a non target and have really been successful at interviewing at a few places. I have internship experience at a consulting firm and now moving into my junior internship process. I’ve received an offer from a top tech company for their FLDP. Since tech is my long term goal, I thought I’ll accept. However, I’ve also secured interviews from growth shops, consulting firms and even PE. Should I stick to this path? and pivot to Corp Dev which is traditionally for people with work experienc

Interviewed for a senior consultant position at a BIG4, very clear on role title and compensation range since day 1 and talent team was clear on it too. Ended up getting an offer 25k lower plus a lower title (consultant instead of senior consultant). The offer I got now is less than my current annual income. I have not replied to the offer email yet. I currently have a master’s plus 2YOE in strategy, BD, consulting roles and 2YOE in life sciences prior.
How would you deal with this situation?

London comp: I’m looking to move from one of the few fund of funds outside of London and looking at associate roles in VC fund of funds + co-investment or PE secondaries/buyout. Recruiter has told me salaries are £100k/£130k respectively. What are peoples salaries + bonus for these or similar roles in London? Would also be interesting to know analysts comp.
