Id just ping the recruiter and confirm, but that feels perfectly acceptable

I don’t think it’s inappropriate- just a “i was reviewing my case study and wanted to slightly revise some aspects to increase clarity for my presentation (e.g. , slide title, one slide format). Would you have any concerns with this as long as im making minor changes?”

On ApplicantLab, the coach goes on quite a bit about having a lot of white space on your resume (easy on the eyes), etc etc. This is totally wrong, right? Ive explicitly a Wharton admissions officer say to use margins to your advantage (pack more stuff in) and have seen an application guide at an MBB, where the resume templates include very little white space. Obviously every word should be valuable, but just wanted to check my sanity here since AppLab offers good advice elsewhere.
