I completed my final round of interview with Accenture 2 weeks back. Haven’t heard back from the HR team till date. Should I follow up or move on?

I'm receiving several interview requests although feel a few may be Brian Flores set-ups. What tough questions should I ask to determine an organization's true commitment to DEI vs. quota checking?

Many don't have diverse leadership and this has been pointed out as an area of opportunity for them from the HR leads / recruiters.

I had an interview at a law firm and their recruiter wants to talk on a Sunday afternoon. Is this a red flag about company culture and not respecting weekend time? Or are they just in a big hurry and want to get my offer done quickly so they snag me before someone else?

I gave an interview in TCS on 2nd August, yesterday my status in the tcs ibegin portal changed to ‘Evaluated’. I called the hr but she is saying that it still needs to go through approvals. Any idea how long it takes for TCS to release the offer after the evaluation? Are there any chances of rejection post evaluation?

But their starting offer is a 40/40 split(80k OTE) which is almost a 40% pay cut. He said we could negotiate. Any advice on what to ask for?

Her current package is 2.5lpa from a small company (3yrs exp java spring boot) . She got offer from Accenture of 6lpa (fixed) . After this she had interview with cognizant and asked for package of 7 lpa. When she recieved the offer from cognizant it was of 10lpa fixed. Most interesting part after 2 weeks she got revised offer letter from cogni without any discussion of 16lpa with 1L joining bonus.

How can we analyse and suggest her regarding offer.
