I completed my first round interview with wipro. I belive I didn't perform well at interview and left interview in middle as my manager in current company ringing phone constantly . But suprisingly after a week I got call from recruiter stating 1st interview is cleared and there is a HR round without any L2 round. And HR round was also done package was decided and recruiter sent some links for bgv and said offer gonna be released in next week. Is this a clean process or should I suspect?

Yesterday i got a mail from lti that i have cleared all the round and will be informed for next steps. I asked the hr and she told me that the approval of my offer in in process. I dont understand why EY GDS conducts “No show Interviews”.
I was scheduled for interview and nobody showed up. i tried contacting the HR team through mail and phone calls and nobody responded. and two days later they sent me an email saying the position is filled.

I get fed up when being asked to do logical tests and case interviews. I’m too old for that.

For someone applying for full time positions as a new grad, what’s a general salary range you should be asking or looking for with a degree in Finance?

Do we always need to give all the rounds of the interview again irrespective of the fact that we had cleared all but one the previous time we appeared for the same company (could be 3 months or 6 months) ,or even if we had cleared all (but didn't take up the offer) , do we need to reappear again ?

Is 5 YOE considered entry level or associate? When I apply to associate level jobs I get nothing but rejections. And all the entry level jobs call for new grads or people with under 3 YOE.

I’m so confused. How do recruiters look at someone with 5 YOE? What level is that considered?

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

Wipro walo, I have joined on last month, 11th July. I am working in South African shift timings. I am entitled to get Rs 2500 per month as shift allowance, but I didn't get it for last month. On speaking to one of our senior members, he said shift assignment only takes place between 1st to 10th of every month. So it will be assigned this month and will also receive last month shift allowance pay as arrear. Is this true ? Where can I check whether my manager has assigned me a shift or not ?
