HCL Technologies so I signed a contract for a job with HCL. The contract mention that If I quit before 2 years I will have to pay them $20K because I got a training. The Training supposed to be 6 months long. However, they sent me to the client after 3 weeks. And gave me a job different from what I signed for. My contract job is Developer. Did anyone came to something like this?

I messed ups no need help. Idk where to turn.
Caffeine withdrawals usually clear up in a day or two—if you’re unlucky perhaps up to a week.
From personal experience I’ve found that sleep, nutrition, and exercise replace caffeine well. Eat clean food, reduce sugar (fruit juice is not your friend), get some cardio, and adequate sleep and you should be fine. Try not to eat large meals as that can make you lethargic.
@PwC2 For sure. Most people don’t even realise how dehydrated they are. Electrolytes play a huge factor in mental (and physical) energy.
I just went to no caffeine a week ago but still drink coffee. I started in Friday, had a massive headache Saturday afternoon. On the next Monday I was cured. I only now do decaf Americanos
Thanks for sharing. That is a great suggestion. I drink 1-2 tall americanos everyday. I think the first thing I will do is start ordering decaf and restrict to one every morning.
I’d expect some withdrawal symptoms (headaches, lethargy, irritability, etc.) but the harder part may be changing the routine (assuming you have one).
Everything is welcome here, but the difference between coffee and the other addictions is that no one gets fired over coffee, no one goes to jail for driving while caffeinated, and there isn’t a Coffee Anonymous. :)
