Would love to hear about your gardening leave experience, especially in the event production sector, i.e. Gartner, Forrester, etc. I’m planning my resignation and I’m unsure if I should plan my next endeavor around it. I plan to continue my career in event production but as an in-house producer for a solution provider, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I asked TCS for a salary renegotiation, they agreed and they sent the new salary breakup, But they are not sending the revised offer letter, Whenever I ask them they are saying it's in the clearance process you'll receive shortly.
But my date of joining is on Monday, HR is telling me to join & they'll send the updated offer letter within 7 days of my joining, can we trust these words, Has anyone faced a similar situation?Tata Consultancy

Lmao why even get a CPA if you aren't going to use it to market yourself

I mean CPA after your name might look weird on your Facebook profile, but LinkedIn is a network for professionals and I don’t see why you wouldn’t show your qualifications/designations.
This is old news. Discussed a lot. Go cringe by yourself in the corner then, some people are proud of their accomplishment.

This person is just salty.

If this is referring to the MBA post from yesterday, CPA is a license/designation, MBA is a degree. No one puts BBA after their name either

Or the EA post before the MBA post?? Either way it’s all getting kind of old…
No. CPA is licensed title. My position/title requires a CPA license.

Don’t feel lesser you don’t need state permission to PRACTICE. EA is so much easier for POA.
No. I earned my CPA. I'll gladly include it on my LinkedIn profile!
Why? Linkedin is not a place to meet your next girl or man, its a place where you sell yourself and everything you can in order to capture the attention of recruiters and have the best exit opportunities. You're an idiot!
I used to remember being surprised when CPAs wouldn’t put it after their name. LinkedIn is for connecting with professionals. The only reason why I wouldn’t is if I wasn’t actively using my license and switched careers. We aren’t doctors so not as much schooling but heck it took me 5 years of school and 4 exams + money to get it so why not.
The whole reason I got the CPA was so that people knew I was qualified. The entire point of professional certifications is for people to know you have them lmao. Why would I not have it on a professional networking site
So I should stop signing my birthday/holiday cards “Love, James, CPA”?

No. That’s acceptable. LinkedIn is not.
I have CPA CA CFA after mine 👀
We now know who you are. 🤭
I kinda feel like you don’t know where you are…. Like you don’t know you’re on an app mainly filled with accountants…
I earned it🤷🏽♀️
No wonder you are a senior accountant in company #noonecaresabout
This cant be real
Not this again 🙄
Why so salty?
Mine says CPA but not MBA or MSTax, and I have both of those degrees
