I currently have an MBA and 2 years of experience as a consultant for a large healthcare organization in a major city. Prior to this, I worked as an analyst and also gathered some clinical experience as well. I currently have AMAZING work life balance, but feel terribly underpaid. Should I apply to one of the big4’s for a potentially larger pay? Is it worth sacrificing being fully remote, no travel, and maybe 20-30 hour work weeks?

Trying to get back into shape, have spent the last 4 months building up from 1k to 10k steps. Hit 10k for 2 months, lift 2x, lost 15 lbs. I want to focus on heart health. And at ZS, there is M and AP level before partner while at K there is only Director before PPMD. 8.5YOE (all in consulting) and 180k current base, should I go through with C level interviews? In Business Technology group, would appreciate some guidance on how to understand differences between ZS and B4, title and comp wise and responsibilities.
